QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF ( PHARMACIST ) - SEMARANG
Responsibility :
- Set standards / procedures, programs and schedule calibration, qualification and validation
- Setting up a protocol and work sheet calibration, qualification and validation
- Setting up the need for facilities, the implementation team and coordinate program implementation
- Implement the program according to the procedures / protocols that have been approved and recorded activity data
- Prepare a report of calibration, qualification, validation based on the data of the program, reporting to the QA Supervisor including any problems that occur during the execution of the program
- Storing and controlling document calibration, qualification and validation
Requirements :
- Pharmacist from reputable university
- Have a STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker)
- Having min 1 year experience in calibration, qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical industry
- Have a good knowledge in cGMP
- Have a good analytical skill, high initiative and discipline
- A detail oriented person with high integrity, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented person
- Fluent in English Passive and active (oral & written)
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
